Rachel Gardner CFTBS, CAFTP

Rachel is a lifelong animal lover and advocate whose goal is to provide a safe, loving, and understanding relationship between animals and their caregivers. Rachel has worked in a professional capacity as a trainer and behavior consultant since 2020. She has lived with, socialized, fostered, rehabilitated, and trained over 3000 cats since 2017. She is neurodivergent (Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and PTSD) and is happy to accommodate your needs for learning style and comfort. As someone who struggled to be understood (and still does) their entire life, she has a unique insight into the complex needs of felines, who communicate in unique and interesting ways.

Prior to working in the animal welfare field, she served her country in the United States Army Reserves, has managed retail outlets and restaurants, and holds degrees in Music Theory and performance for French Horn and vocals. In her spare time she creates jewelry, plays video games, spends time with friends, and is CEO of Super Fur-iends Rescue. She and her spouse are the caretakers of 5 fearless felines-Babs, Farrokh, Budd, Rico, and Ursula, Lucille-a Maremma, and Anuva-a Pyrenees/Anatolian mix. Rachel and her family reside in Solano County, CA.
